Compendium of Curiosities 3, Challenge 13

Hello everyone,

This is my first time I take part in the CC3 challenge. I was always a card maker but in recent years it has changed;-). This is my project for week 13 of the CC3 Challenge sponsored by Inspiration Emporium that follows page 35 from Tim's book - altering a worn cover. It has given me a lot of pleasure to work on this project.

I hope you like it!

Thanks for stopping by!

Ellen

Oh, Ellen, this is beautiful. Love your coloring, inside and out, and the way you decorated the metal spine on the inside. Thanks for sharing with us at CC3C!

Hello Ellen. WELCOME to the Compendium Challenges! We're so happy you've joined us. Your Worn Cover book is beautiful. I lovr how you've used Tim's trellis, butterflies and Ideaology pieces to create such a lovely cover. Your interior covers with the stenciling, stamping and added Chit Chat are nicely done. Love the distressed ribbon and spine as well. Thanks for sharing your art with us at CC3C. <3 Candy

I love making cards but never have done the Tim Holtz thing, I always use vintage paper and trims and sometimes stamps.

Your card turned out perfect I would say
